Bon Secours Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a Clinical Nurse II to lead a Care Delivery Team, directing care for a group of patients with clinical leadership and care coordination.

The CN II performs independent assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients’ physical, psychological, and sociocultural needs, and precepts new staff, demonstrating competencies in essential nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure from the state of Ohio as an RN.
• Successful completion of orientation and hospital probationary period. Completes Orientation Checklist.
• Maintains a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education annually including Fire Safety and CPR Re-Certification. ACLS is required.

Responsabilités

• Leads the Care Delivery Team and directs the care for a group of patients.
• Performs independent assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s needs.
• Precepts new employees as assigned and demonstrates nursing leadership across patient care.
