Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care by displaying proficiency in this role and executing job responsibilities safely and consistently.
• Respond to incoming telephonic requests, ensuring responsiveness to patient needs.
• Perform triage and symptom management for patients in various settings.
• Utilise standardized protocols for medication management and prior authorisations.
• Conduct patient medication reviews and update as needed.
• Deliver education and direct patient care, including chronic condition management.
