Job summary

Avera McKennan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee patient care and supervise ancillary staff in a skilled nursing setting. The role focuses on coordinating Resident Assessment processes, ensuring timely and individualized care plans, and guiding the care team in alignment with organizational policies.

The RN will lead MDS activities, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and participate actively in QAPI and staff education to uphold high standards of clinical

• Develop initial admission care plans and update status boards daily.
• Ensure care plans meet state and federal requirements.
• Lead resident care conferences and communicate with families.
