Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Makes rounds to ensure care is delivered as planned.
• Orchestrates patient flow and bed assignments within shifts.
• Assists with emergencies and unit admissions/overload.
• Provides first-line feedback and coaching to staff.
• Participates in performance evaluations with Clinical Director.
