Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead patient care delivery across assigned units. You will work with the Clinical Director to prioritize clinical quality, service and staff development, ensuring collaborative care plans with RNs and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include patient rounds, care coordination, staff coaching, and performance evaluations. Requires RN licensure in Tennessee and BLS certification, with a focus on patient safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma Nursing is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds on patients to ensure care is delivered per the individualized plan.
• Orchestrates patient flow and bed assignments within the shift.
• Directs associates providing on-site coaching and staff assignments.
• Collaborates with Case Managers to ensure appropriate patient resource use.
• Conducts associate performance evaluations with the Clinical Director.
