Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate care across the continuum for patients entering or within our health system. You will assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families, and improve the care experience.

The role requires an Associates Degree in Nursing with RN licensure in Tennessee and Basic Life Support certification. Prior clinical experience is preferred; strong communication and computer skills are essential

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with clinical decision-making and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families.
• Coordinates seamless care flow across the health system.
• Provides education, resources, and support to patients and families.
• Maintains documentation and data in patient records.
• Performs nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• May perform RN phone triage within scope of role.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
