Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee coordinated nursing care across assigned areas. Under the Clinical Director, you will set priorities for clinical quality, service, and staff development, ensuring a collaborative care plan by RNs and the multidisciplinary team.

You will coach staff on-site, help with performance evaluations, and ensure readiness for accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate nursing credential required or diploma equivalent.
• Registered Nurse Tennessee license and BLS certification required.
• 1-3 years nursing experience with patient care and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates nursing care under Clinical Director guidance.
• Implement collaborative care plans with RNs and the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead on-site coaching, staff assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure readiness for accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to associates during shifts.
• Contribute to patient safety, flow, and resource utilization.
