Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis is seeking a Registered Nurse to act as a consistent care coordinator across the care continuum. You will assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs, coordinating education and resources to support families and improve the care experience.

The role requires TN RN licensure and BLS; hospital-based practice includes developing workflows, documenting care, and performing clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee (TN Board of Nursing) and BLS certification.
• 0–1 year of registered nursing experience; clinical nursing 1–3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient and improve the care experience for the patient and family.
• Create a seamless flow through the health system to facilitate the patient’s care; coordinate education, resources and activities.
• Maintain reliable systems to document, track and monitor patient data; perform clinical procedures and other assigned duties.
