Responsible for direct/indirect patient care and teaching through the nursing process.The RN Care Coordinator has varied duties including patient education for chemotherapy, obtaining lab results, prescription refills, triage phone calls and other duties related to the overall coordination of care for cancer patients.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCareemployees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromWillmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 milesany time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
