Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry Step Down unit at Florence Hospital. The role requires full-time commitment with 36 hours per week, primarily 7A-7P.

You will provide high-quality nursing care on a 32-bed Telemetry/Cardiac unit, collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage after 30 days, generous PTO, retirement match, tuition reimbursement, wellness and recognition

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure.
• Focus of education promotes nurses’ ability to practice in clinical area assigned.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, procedures, and competence in medication calculations.

Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 36 hours/week, 7A-7P

The licensed registered nurse is a professional nurse who is responsible and accountable for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients utilizing the nursing process. This is accomplished by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care according to established ethical/cultural codes and standards of nursing practices and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes. Must demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
