The RN provides evidence-based care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and ensures safe, compassionate patient outcomes in a 36-bed unit. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a compact license if eligible, and licensure in the work state.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact license in primary state of residence, if eligible.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed.
• Meet contact hour requirements for licensure and state courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the team.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff appropriately.
