St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the TCU 4NW Unit, Florence Hospital. The Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown 32 bed unit requires a licensed RN with a nursing degree and compact multi-state licensure where applicable.

This full-time night shift role emphasizes evidence-based care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide direct patient care on a 36-hour workweek schedule (7 PM–7 AM), ensuring safety, accuracy, and compassionate service while

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other licensed and unlicensed health care team members.
