Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Team Lead Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4NW Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown unit at Florence Hospital. This full-time role covers a 36-hour week with a day shift from 7A to 7P.

The RN Team Leader will provide nursing leadership, supervise care on the shift, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure timely patient throughput and exceptional care. Licensure and recent experience in a clinical area are required.

Qualifications

• Compact license in primary state of residence (if eligible).
