Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4D Cardiac Step Down Unit located within the Edgewood Hospital. Registered Nurse (RN), 4D Cardiac/Neuro Telemetry - 36 Bed Unit.

Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 36 hours/week, Night Shift 7P-7A. The licensed registered nurse is a professional who is responsible and accountable for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients utilizing the nursing process.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
• Focus of education promotes nurses’ ability to practice in clinical area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care according to ethical/cultural codes and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in all interactions.

Education

Graduate from accredited School of Nursing
