Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to deliver in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support. You will work with patients using ventilators and oxygen therapy, providing education and hands-on care in a home setting.

Strong candidates have active licensure, experience in home healthcare, and the ability to work independently with a patient-centered approach. A sign-on bonus program is available for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) or equivalent medical credential.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required by service area.
• Completion of an accredited program in respiratory care, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience in home respiratory care or home healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support.
• Setup and monitor ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and care.
• Maintain documentation of services provided per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotations for phone consultations.
