Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Texas is seeking an RN Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary teams, patients and referring agencies, while guiding staff on policy and procedure to maintain high standards.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in healthcare (home health/hospice preferred), and a flexible schedule to meet branch

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Active Registered Nursing License is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day branch operations to ensure quality and efficient service.
• Coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Oversee quality improvement (QI) issues at the branch level; direct staff on policy and procedures.
• Support and lead staff development and compliance with agency policies.
