Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery. You will coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary teams, patients and families, and referring agencies to align with company policies and procedures.

The role requires a nursing degree, RN licensure, and at least one year of supervisory or management experience in healthcare (home health/hospice preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year supervisory/management experience in healthcare (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Valid Registered Nursing License.

About the position:

The primary function of the RN Branch Manager is the day-to-day direction of branch operations to ensure quality and efficient operations. They coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency. Oversees QI issues at the branch level and directs staff regarding agency policy and procedure.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Valid Registered Nursing License.
