Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Russell, KS seeks a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team and ensure high-quality home health patient care. The role oversees the administration of clinical departments, staffing, and productivity in a growing nationwide provider.

The Director of Nursing will coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies, ensuring compliance and performance excellence while supporting professional development and training

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Valid auto liability insurance.
