Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Nebraska is seeking an RN Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring quality and efficient care. You will coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patients and families, and referring agencies to uphold service standards.

The role oversees quality improvement at the branch level and guides staff on agency policy and procedures. Qualified candidates hold a nursing diploma/ASN/BSN, with at least one year of supervisory or management

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Valid Registered Nursing License.

Responsibilities

• The primary function of the RN Branch Manager is the day-to-day direction of branch operations to ensure quality and efficient operations.
