Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Salina, KS is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the home setting. The role includes administration of clinical departments, staffing oversight, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and referring agencies.

The successful candidate will have a nursing degree, proven supervisory experience in healthcare (home health/hospice preferred), and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience in healthcare (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet patient needs.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile; valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing department to ensure quality of patient care in the home setting.
• Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and productivity tracking.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families and referrers.
