Job summary

Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for day shift (7a-7p), 36 hours per week, with every 3rd weekend rotation. Located in Fort Washington, PA, the role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, overtime opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

RNs will provide direct patient care, supervise Mental Health Technicians, administer medications, and participate in care planning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Current PA RN licensure is required; driver's license preferred for facility access.

Responsibilities

• Prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care with the health team.
• Supervises Mental Health Technicians.
• Perform psychotherapeutic interventions and crisis management.
• Administer medications accurately to patients.
• Help prioritize and formulate care plans per policy.
• Educate patients and families on care and health topics.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and interviews.
