Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital in Fort Washington, PA is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time day shifts (7a-7p, 36 hours/week) with every 3rd weekend rotation. The role offers a robust benefits package, competitive pay, and shift differentials, plus overtime opportunities.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care with the health team and in accordance with nursing standards.
• Supervises Mental Health Technicians.
• Uses communication, interview techniques, and crisis intervention in psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Accurately administers medication to patients.
• Prioritizes and plans care based on integrated assessments.
• Educates patients and significant others on health topics and needs.
• Completes comprehensive nursing assessments and patient interviews.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)

Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
