Job summary

Loyola Medicine Home Care and Hospice in Loyola’s system is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive one-to-one home health care in the Oak Brook area. This full-time role features 36 hours across three 12-hour shifts, with Saturday fixed and other days flexible, plus a $10,000 signing bonus.

The RN will assess patients, implement care plans, and monitor outcomes in the home setting while following physician orders and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• 2–3 years acute care nursing experience; home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care with patients in their homes.
• Follow physician orders and Nurse Practice Act requirements.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.

Position Purpose

Our home care RNs, Registered Nurse, use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home. Home care nurses are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. Our nurses follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements and our policies and procedures. .

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
