Job summary

Trinity Health in Illinois (Oak Brook area) is seeking a Palliative Care RN for the home care and hospice program with day shift. The role includes clinical consultation and program oversight, supported by Day One benefits and a $10,000 bonus.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • 2-3 years acute care nursing and Hospice/Palliative Care certification preferred.
  • Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and on a team.
  • Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations.
  • Ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs in Palliative care and end-of-life care.
