Job summary

Loyola Medicine Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes across Berwyn, Broadview, Riverside, and the South Side of Chicago. You’ll assess, plan, and manage individualized care using advanced technology and your clinical expertise to promote healing and independence.

Minimum qualifications include nursing program graduate, Illinois RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
