Loyola Medicine Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one, in-home care to patients, using advanced technology and your clinical expertise to assess, plan, and manage individualized care.

This full-time role offers guaranteed hours, a generous benefits package starting Day One, a $10,000 bonus, and opportunities for growth within a faith-based, non-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the State of Illinois.
• Minimum of 2-3 years acute care and Home Care preferred.
