Job summary

Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Baylor RN to deliver high-quality, one-to-one in-home nursing care. The role features 36 hours across three 12-hour shifts, with Saturday set and other days flexible, serving communities in the Oak Brook, IL area.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered alongside a competitive compensation package. You will assess and plan patient care, follow physician orders, and ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• 1–3 years experience as acute care nurse; home care preferred.

Position Purpose

Our home care RNs, Registered Nurse, use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home. Home care nurses are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes.Our nurses follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements and our policies and procedures. .

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
