You will drive performance improvements, provide hands-on training, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-standard patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ charge nurse leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new staff with hands-on training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
