Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to lead a unit and manage patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust plans.
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on venous access and therapies.
• Monitor staff performance and drive improvement plans.
• Mentor staff, organize training, and promote career growth.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive team environment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
