Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish training schedules.
• Provide relevant up-to-date subjects included in the training schedule.
• Monitor training to ensure curriculum is followed.
• Enroll and oversee enrollees complete training as per regulations.
• Submit the training program revisions to the state for approval as necessary.
• Demonstrate proper technique of nursing assistant duties and functions.
• Monitor trainee activities for compliance with patient rights, safety procedures, dress codes and guidelines.
• Present clear and concise expectations; ensure syllabus and attendance compliance.
• Responsible for Certified Medication Aide training classes as needed.
• Promote the image and reputation of the System and participate in committees and projects.
