Job summary

Brown Health & Rehab in Royston, Georgia seeks a part-time RN Assistant Instructor to join our PRN program. You will establish training schedules, oversee nursing assistant training, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Establish training schedules.
• Provide up-to-date training content aligned with schedule.
• Monitor training to ensure curriculum is followed.
• Enroll and oversee enrollees in training per state regulations.
• Submit the training program revisions to the state for approval as needed.
• Demonstrate proper nursing assistant techniques.
• Monitor trainees for patient rights, safety, and dress code compliance.
• Present clear expectations and enforce attendance and conduct policies.
• Teach Certified Medication Aide training classes as needed.
• Promote the System's image through servant leadership and open communication.
• Participate in committees and project work; perform other duties as needed.
