Job summary

Crowne Health Care of Fort Payne is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Assessment Nurse Supervisor to join our Rehab Hall team. This full-time position involves nursing assessments, resident care coordination, and supervisory responsibilities with a Monday–Friday schedule in Fort Payne, AL.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license or temporary RN license.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to quality resident care.
• Must pass required background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments and accurately document resident conditions.
• Assess new admissions and assist with coordinating individualized plans of care.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians and appropriate staff.
• Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions and related nursing responsibilities.
• Provide medication cart coverage during staffing shortages as needed following training.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing standards.
