Rocket City Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alabama is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and support a clinical team. This part-time weekend role offers hands-on patient care leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in Alabama.
BSN preferred with supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with EMR and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures
Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services
Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed
Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations
Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication
Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training
