CareCore Health LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing team. This leadership role focuses on quality resident care, staff development, and clinical excellence.

You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in QA and performance improvement, assist with scheduling, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Passion for resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance management.
