CareCore Health is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Mentor, Ohio. This role supports the Director of Nursing in daily operations and staff supervision.

The ADON will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, drive infection prevention, and contribute to quality improvement and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and nursing department oversight.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Help ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Support infection prevention, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with staff education, training, and clinical development.
• Promote high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
