Otterbein Skilled Nursing & Rehab Neighborhood is hiring an ADON/MDS Nurse Coordinator to lead the MDS process and ensure high-quality, compliant care. You will coordinate assessments, case manage care plans, and support reimbursement under regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to lead and deliver high quality services.
• MDS experience required and Restorative Nursing experience.
• Proficient in electronic medical records/submission duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, completion and transmission of assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements and reviews and manage reimbursement.
• Case manage care plans, including rehabilitative programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations and reimbursement governing long-term care and Medicare participation.
