Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 2 years nursing leadership in Skilled Nursing or LTC.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and clinical standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Passion for resident-centered care and staff development.

• Lead and oversee daily nursing department operations.
• Mentor, coach, and supervise nursing staff.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure CMS and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct clinical audits, chart reviews, and quality assurance rounds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight.
