The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced, compassionate RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center aims to deliver resident-centered care with teamwork and clinical excellence.

We offer up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, plus an extra $500 after 30 days, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth into DON and regional leadership roles.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care and leading by example.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and support nurses and CNAs.
• Promote exceptional resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Monitor clinical documentation, assessments, and care plan compliance.
• Support infection prevention initiatives, quality improvement programs, and survey readiness.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and team accountability.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary departments to enhance resident outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Help build a positive, engaged, and high-performing nursing team.
