Job summary
The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This role partners with the DON to oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Hendersonville, NC.
We offer a up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and an additional $500 bonus after 30 days, plus
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the DON in overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Supervise, coach, and support nurses and CNAs.
- Promote exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes.
- Monitor documentation, assessments, and care plans for compliance.
- Support infection prevention, quality improvement, and survey readiness.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
