Journey Morgantown seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to serve as a clinical operational liaison between units and the Director of Nursing. The ADON manages daily clinical operations, ensures policy compliance, and supports care delivery model implementation.

The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating with departments, and stepping in for the DON when required. BSN preferred; active RN license; BLS/CPR certification; 3+ years of supervisory nursing experience in long-term care

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least three years of nursing experience, including supervisory work.
• BSN preferred and ability to organize nursing services and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing department in staffing, scheduling and policy enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, infection control and quality initiatives.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff while promoting professional growth.
