City View Post Acute in is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing licensed and non-licensed staff around the clock. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff training.

The ADON will lead clinical operations, supervise staff performance, and serve as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse clinical team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding resident and employee information.
A dedication to treating all residents with the utmost respect and dignity.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff and support the clinical team.
Oversee daily clinical operations and conduct rounds to ensure safety and quality.
Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff; support performance appraisals.
Develop and implement nursing objectives and stay current on regulatory changes.
Serve as liaison between residents, families, and physicians; provide reports to the DON.
Provide ongoing in-service training for staff to ensure consistent care.
Back-up for DON/RN/LVN; provide direct resident care as needed.
