Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced RN leader to fill the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role at our Denver facility. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to guide clinical operations, mentor staff, and drive outcomes for residents.

What You'll Do

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility.

You'll be a key player in:

• Supporting and mentoring nursing staff

• Promoting exceptional resident care and outcomes

• Assisting with clinical compliance and regulatory readiness

• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions

• Monitoring quality measures and driving performance improvement

• Assisting with infection prevention and clinical education initiatives

• Participating in admissions, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Supporting staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations

• Serving as a clinical resource and leader throughout the building

• Helping create a positive, engaged, and team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
