Job summary

Heights Care & Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Pay: $110,000-$120,000. This role will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and drive resident outcomes while ensuring regulatory readiness and a culture of excellence.

The ADON will work with the DON to supervise care delivery, support staffing and education, and promote high-quality care across the facility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado (required).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations alongside the Director of Nursing.
• Mentor nursing staff and promote resident care outcomes.
• Assist with clinical compliance and regulatory readiness.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
