Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Denver seeks an energetic RN leader to be our next Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). You will partner with the Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and mentor staff, ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory readiness.

You will drive quality initiatives, infection prevention, and interdisciplinary collaboration while supporting staffing, care planning, and a positive, team-focused culture for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations alongside the Director of Nursing

What You'll Do

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility.
