Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Loveland, CO seeks an Admissions Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. The role oversees medical services for a caseload and serves as the medical treatment plan coordinator within a multidisciplinary team.

It requires documenting care according to protocols and ensuring timely, accurate records. The RN will administer medications, provide admissions and discharge planning, and maintain clinical compliance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of service.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and document observations for the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Develop and maintain admission, orientation, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with the team.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and report maintenance needs.
