Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year of sales experience in a call center setting preferred.
• Experience with a growing company with multiple entities preferred.
• Action-oriented with the ability to adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coverage of Admissions phone line, online chats, and emails.
• Obtain or oversee the acquisition of complete and accurate patient information for admission.
• Explain insurance benefits to potential patients and families.
• Consult with Admissions Supervisor, Program Director, and Clinical Team about admissions.
• Discuss payment options with patients and/or family members.
• Verify acquisition of records from transferring/previous facilities.
• Provide the Program Director with information on new patients.
• Alert Clinical Team about new patients and arrange gender-specific pickup.
• Interact with patients and families and prepare them for transition.
• Verify that all involved parties are contacted and informed.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and ensure accurate referral data in EMR.
• Keep Admissions office clean and orderly.
• Drive Company vehicle for official business and ensure safe transport.
• Adhere to all Company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
