Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an Admissions Nurse (RN) for part-time hours in Loveland, CO. Schedule: 2x8's or 3x8's, Monday–Sunday, 10am–6:30pm. Compensation ranges from $33 to $46 per hour.

The RN will oversee medical services for a patient caseload, coordinate treatment plans, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and timely discharge planning. This role emphasizes documentation, clinical compliance, and compassionate patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Enthusiasm, passion for working with people, and an internal drive to improve lives of patients.
• Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements throughout duration of employment.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries.
• Understand and adhere to ethical standards of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Consult with the team on treatment and discharge planning to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report needs for repairs.
• Admissions and discharges of patients; record vital signs and symptoms.
• Document medical assessment, progress notes and plans in the chart.
• Provide medical updates to utilization review and managed care.
