Northpoint Recovery is seeking a full-time Admissions Nurse (RN) in Loveland, CO. You will oversee medical services for a patient caseload, coordinating master treatment and discharge plans with the multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active CO RN license, CPR certification, and experience with EMR systems (KIPU preferred). Expect 4x8 or 5x8 schedules and a compensation range of $33–$52 per hour.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and report findings to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, and discharge planning with patients and families.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in the patient record.
