Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fosters an inclusive environment supporting diverse populations.
• Oversees patient flow and bed allocation across hospital inpatient areas.
• Coordinates admissions and transfers within Emergency Departments, ICUs, and clinics.
• Leads daily meetings and implements transfer plans with leadership.
• Networks with referring hospitals and serves as a conduit for all transfers.
• Monitors bed availability and prioritizes transfers to optimize care.
