Harbor Healthcare System in Houston seeks a full-time Out-Patient Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions to build relationships with patients and educate families. The role centers on admissions and may include pronouncements, discharges and assessments.

The ideal candidate is a Texas RN with 1+ year of RN experience, experience in hospice or home health, strong written and verbal communication, and reliable transportation for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas is required.
• 1+ years' RN experience is preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health experience is preferred.
• Experience in Admissions is required.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel using reliable transportation.
• Background check, drug screen, and driving record must be clean.

Qualifications:
